Because both Ancestral Quest and these archival notebooks use the MRIN system to organize documents, the notebooks are always expanding. As new families are entered into Ancestral Quest, they are assigned the first available MRIN. When one notebook gets full, you can easily set up another notebook and begin adding to it. In an alphabetical organizational system, there is always the need to rearrange notebooks as they get full.
